As founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dobbs Defense Solutions, LLC (D2S), Erica Dobbs oversees all daily aspects of the company’s business operations. Ms. Dobbs is a military veteran with over 35 years of leadership, management, and business experience.
As a senior executive for D2S, Erica provides leadership and strategic direction for her company. She is responsible for D2S’ domestic and global business operations. Her executive role spans leadership, policy, and portfolio management for D2S’ business, revenue growth, operations, and client delivery management.
Erica’s long-term vision is to bridge the gap between the company’s traditional and state-of-the-art technologies, the government, and commercial sectors. Dobbs’ offerings comprise—cybersecurity services, IT consulting, and technology training for dynamic operational environments.
Erica received a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus
Brett Hayden has more than 17 years of experience in Operations, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, Training and System Implementation. He has served in Government Contracting, National Security, Higher Education, and Healthcare industries and has managed teams in the integration and implementation of critical systems that enhance business operations. His focus is on growth strategies, partner engagement, and key account success initiatives that ensure client goals and objective are met.
Brett is a decorated US Naval Air veteran, who served over 20 years while holding management positions in various Maritime Patrol Squadron departments including: Operations, Training and Safety NATOPS as a Certification Instructor; with a combined focus on Mission Readiness. He has taught Business and Marketing as a University Professor.
Brett holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design from the University of Maryland.
